PawsNaro connects pet parents with independent, third-party pet care professionals (vets, trainers, groomers, boarding providers) and pet product listings. We verify professionals per our published standard, but we are not a party to, and do not guarantee the outcome of, any service arrangement between you and a professional.
3. PawsNaro AI
PawsNaro AI provides general, informational guidance only and is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical concerns, especially in emergencies.
4. User responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when using our forms, and to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for verifying that any professional or product meets your specific needs before proceeding.
5. Professional listings
Professionals listed on PawsNaro must comply with our verification and conduct standards. We reserve the right to suspend or remove any listing that violates these standards or receives credible complaints.
6. Payments
Where applicable, payments for services or products booked through professionals are handled directly between you and the professional/seller, subject to their own pricing and cancellation terms, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PawsNaro is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or your interactions with professionals or products listed on it.
8. Intellectual property
All content, branding and design on the Platform is the property of PawsNaro Pet Care Pvt. Ltd. unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
