Bookings made with vets, trainers, groomers or boarding providers listed on PawsNaro are subject to that professional's own cancellation and refund terms, which will be shown to you at the time of booking. PawsNaro facilitates the connection but is not the service provider.
2. Product purchases
Products listed on PawsNaro are subject to the selling brand or partner's return policy, displayed on the relevant product listing. Please review the applicable policy before completing a purchase.
3. Professional listing fees
Where PawsNaro charges a listing or subscription fee to professionals (after any free trial period), cancellation requests must be submitted at least 15 days before the next billing cycle. Fees already billed are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Disputes
If you believe a refund is owed and haven't received a satisfactory resolution from the professional or seller directly, contact our support team and we will help mediate.
