Built by pet parents who were tired of guessing

PawsNaro started as a simple question: why is it still this hard to find a vet you can trust, in a city you just moved to, for a pet who can't tell you what's wrong?

What "PawsNaro" means

"Paws" carries the warmth and emotional identity of caring for animals. "Naro" stands for Network for Animal Resources & Opportunities — the structural idea that PawsNaro is a pet knowledge and discovery network, not a directory or a chatbot. Every provider comes with evidence, not just a listing.

Our story

PawsNaro was founded after our own frantic, 2 a.m. search for an emergency vet turned up outdated phone numbers and clinics that no longer existed. We realised thousands of Indian pet parents were going through the same thing every day — piecing together recommendations from WhatsApp groups and hoping for the best.

So we built the platform we wished existed: providers who show exactly what's been checked instead of one vague "verified" tick, care guidance written with professionals instead of scraped off generic blogs, and products chosen for India's climate and breeds — not just whatever ships cheapest.
